A one-time £1.00 registration fee secures your place and helps us set you up. Once payment is made just complete your details on the additional form and simply head to the venue, we’ll also try to get in touch prior to next available session.

We welcome individual players – join on your own and we’ll place you in a team of like-minded players. It’s a great way to get active, make new friends, and improve your fitness and wellbeing.

EmPowerBall runs football leagues for men and women who want to improve their Mental Wellness and Fitness. Every player is in the same situation and wants the same thing – to enjoy football and get healthier.
Our leagues are decided not just on points won, but also participation. We aim to support to every player with unique resources and inspiration and encourage each team to support each other in their journey to improved mental wellness.
We welcome anyone over the age of 18. Their is a wide range of ages in each league, from 18-50+.
Because we run as friendly game enviroment everyone will fit it
Because they love football. They want to see a way back to playing, but other leagues are just to much for right now.
Finding a team when unfit and not in the right mindset can be difficult, EmPowerBall is aim at people looking to improve their mental health and fitness

No, many people who join have never played, we’re a great place to get started.
Completely. Most players feel the same before their first game. After one session, that feeling quickly disappears.
It can be daunting meeting new people, and especially walking into one of our venues. Our ambassadors will do everything they can to help you, if you would like to meet them in the car park and walk into together, just let them know.

We do not accept entire teams, EmPowerBall is about the wider group, we create league that form a set of teams of equal ablility and fitness, this allows everyone to enjoy the beautful game.
If your looking for an overly competive eniviroment then EmPowerBall is not for you.
YES, we actively encourage it.
Often mental health is effected by feeling alone, the aim of EmPowerBall is help you socialise and make new friends so your not feeling alone. We’ll put you into teams and help you to get to know the other players.
Equally, if you have friends or family who also want to lose improve their well-being then join with them and we will try to put you in the same team.
This league cost £34.99 per month to play.
You play 1 game per week which is 38 minutes long. You have upto 10 players on a team and roll-on-roll-off subs
You will also get plenty of opportunity for additional game time, helping other teams when they are short
It’s both. Many players join to meet new people as much as to play football.
As well as football we encourage the groups to have social events and we have been able to offer Reduced Price and even FREE tickets to England games
Although we do require a monthly subscription, you can cancel at anytime.
