  1. Location: Goals, Suffolk New College College Drive of, Grimwade St, Ipswich IP4 1LT
  2. Ipswich womens football league is every Thursday from 7.30pm – 8.30pm (extending to 9.30pm very soon)
  3. Players are allocated to teams by the league manager. Let us know if you want to join a team where a friend is playing. But a big part of EmPowerBall is about socialising with other people, so we will mix teams up from time to time.
  4. Start arriving from 7.15pm to sign in, get yourselves ready, to take to the pitch to kick off at 7.30pm, 2nd match teams need start arriving at 7.45pm and you’ll kick off at 8.00pm.
  5. We expect there to be a wide range of ability, EmPowerBall is about togetherness and Support. Help and encourage each other.
  6. You’ll need Astro or AG boots. You can wear trainers initially but it is becoming slippery, so its at your risk.
  7. Shin pads will be required
